About Dealflow
My Dealflow is an exceptional tool that empowers potential investors the ability to monitor companies in an anonymous capacity, in which they do not hold investments in. It also positions the investor at the forefront of any future share issuances for when your company seeks new investors for financing.
Moreover, this tool not only benefits the investor but also serves as an advantageous platform for your company, enabling you to connect with prospective investors privately without violating the distribution ban. This ban restricts target companies from promoting such offers directly to the public. However, all potential investors that are Invono One account holders are not considered a part of the general public that have actively selected which companies they wish to participate in offers from.
The distribution ban is a provision enshrined in the Limited Liability Companies Act, which prohibits private limited companies from distributing shares, subscription rights, debentures, and warrants to the general public, or from allowing their trading on any stock exchange or alternative marketplace.
When adding your company's criteria, there is a limitation of selecting up to two categories under each heading, except for 'Industry' whereby you can select up to four categories, when defining your company's criteria. However, potential investors have the flexibility to define their criteria using unlimited category options per heading and specifically specifying whether all categories within a heading must be met or if a single category suffices to establish a positive connection. As a result, the more categories employed across different headings, the more precise and specific the criteria become.
In other words, for a potential investor to be considered a positive connection, a company must satisfy all categories within each heading or a combination of all or at least one category chosen under each heading. This requirement ensures that the criteria align between the investor and the company, facilitating a suitable match and enhancing the potential for a mutually beneficial connection.
Reaching out to Invono support
We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but please be aware that we are a small team of developers working on Invono One. This means that there may be times when the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored during the time when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically convert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.
Please note the following support options available to you:
- Chat is available during office hours from 9:00 to 17:00 CET.
- Email is available 24/7; however, we can only respond during the office hours as mentioned above.
In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
