Every 'Company Account' has a subscription plan from 'Free', 'Lite', 'Standard', 'Premium' to 'Enterprise' levels. Which one I right for your company depends on the features required.

Free Subscription

The Free subscription offered is truly cost-free, with no requirement for a credit card to create an account. With the base functionality, companies can establish a comprehensive share register, including a complete list of shareholders. It enables the auditing of transactions such as new issuances, bonus shares, splits, transfers, and more. Additionally, users can view and export share certificates with historical rollback, access owner reports, and provide shareholders with real-time investment information through the Cap Table module.

In addition, the Free subscription also includes robust document management capabilities. This enables companies to seamlessly share documents both internally and with shareholders. By utilising this functionality, businesses can streamline document collaboration, maintain proper control, and ensure secure access to relevant files. Moreover, the Free subscription offers a lite task management section seamlessly integrated with the document module. This integration enhances collaboration within your organisation, providing additional flexibility and convenience. With this feature, you can efficiently manage tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress, further enhancing teamwork and productivity within your organisation.

Each 'Company Account' regardless of subscription level comes with the comprehensive 'User Management' module that offers more than just the ability to control access to different modules. It also enables a high level of granularity, allowing administrators to assign varying abilities to different members. This comprehensive level of control ensures precise management of user permissions and access rights within the system.

Lite Subscription

In addition to the features above, the Lite subscription encompasses Invono One's 'Electronic Signature' module, empowering users to conveniently sign documents within the platform. The 'Collection' module is also included, allowing for easy document collation and bundling multiple documents into a single PDF document.

An expanded storage capacity from 10MB to 100MB.

Standard Subscription

Includes all the features mentioned above. The Standard subscription provides access to Invono One's 'Standard Meeting' module. This module enables users to easily create and initiate meetings, invite attendees, and track responses efficiently. It also offers a centralised location to securely store and access meeting-related documents, ensuring convenient retrieval and seamless collaboration. With the Standard subscription, users can enjoy comprehensive meeting management capabilities that enhance productivity and streamline the entire meeting process within Invono One.

Premium Subscription

With the Premium subscription, organisations can experience the advanced capabilities of the 'Smart Meeting' module, designed to empower greater control and collaboration through advanced workflows. Building upon the key features of the 'Standard Meeting,' such as efficient meeting creation, attendee invitation, response tracking, and secure document storage, 'Smart Meetings' introduces agenda and protocol workflows, along with a comprehensive range of features that simplify collaboration. This new dimension of digital transformation enhances organisational efficiency and elevates the meeting experience to new heights within Invono One.

Enterprise Subscription

The Enterprise subscription encompasses all the features and functions mentioned earlier, while additionally offering advanced functionality tailored for organisations actively seeking investment or requiring efficient workflows for share issuance. It caters to the specific needs of such organisations, providing a comprehensive solution that supports seamless investor engagement, streamlined share issuance processes, and effective workflow management.
