About My Deaflow
My Dealflow is an exceptional tool that empowers you to monitor and manage companies in an anonymous capacity, in which you do not currently hold investments. It also positions you at the forefront of any future share issuances when a company seeks new investors for financing.
Moreover, this tool not only benefits you as an investor but also serves as an advantageous platform for companies, enabling them to connect with prospective investors privately without violating the distribution ban. This ban restricts target companies from promoting such offers directly to the public. However, as an Invono One account holder, you are not considered a part of the general public, and have the option to actively select which companies you wish to participate in offers from.
The distribution ban is a provision enshrined in the Limited Liability Companies Act, which prohibits private limited companies from distributing shares, subscription rights, debentures, and warrants to the general public, or from allowing their trading on any stock exchange or alternative marketplace.
There are two methods to follow companies:
- You can effortlessly track the progress of companies by performing a search for a specific company and adding it to your watchlist whilst maintaining complete control and anonymity until you opt to accept a new share issuance opportunity.
- If you wish to follow companies belonging to particular industry domains and be invited to share issues for companies that you may not have previously encountered, an alternative approach is to create one or more criteria lists. These lists enable you to establish specific criteria that a company must meet in order to be included.
It is noteworthy that you remain entirely anonymous to any company that sends out share issue invitations until you actively participate. In the absence of participation, your anonymity is fully preserved.
