About My Profile

The 'My Profile' section is where you have full control over your contact information and login credentials. In order to ensure secure registration and safeguard your data, Invono One requires the following minimum data for authentication purposes:

• Your Social Security Number, if you are registering with BankID.
• Your Email address.

Any additional contact information you provide is intended solely for companies registered with Invono One with which you interact. This may include:

• Your Social Security Number, if you are a shareholder in a company.
• Your Email address, so that you can be contacted regarding invitations to meetings, requests to sign documents, updates, etc.
• Your Name, so that the company to which you are connected can easily identify you.
• Your Profile image, so that the company to which you are connected, and/or other team members attending meetings with you can easily recognize you.
• Your Address, so that any necessary correspondence can be sent via traditional post. This may include the sending of mortgage deeds, for example, if you are a shareholder of the company.
