About My Portfolio
'My Portfolio' is Invono One's depot service designed to help manage all unlisted companies in which you have invested. If the portfolio company utilises Invono One for its share register, you will automatically receive a depot account as an investor.
'My Portfolio' comprises two primary areas, which are as follows:
- The 'Share Ownership' table provides an overview of all the companies in which you have invested.
- Cap Table+ is where all the specific details regarding an investment within a company are displayed and managed.
Share Ownership Table
There are two types of 'Share Ownership' tables available based on the ownership of shares, either as a private shareholder or via a company:
- Privately owned shares not held through any company.
- A company that owns shares in another company whereby your personal indirect ownership data is displayed.
The quantity of shares specified in each table signifies either a single share type or a combination of multiple share types, as determined by the share configuration of your company. In instances where a company has both Ordinary and Preferential share types, these are consolidated as a singular entity. To obtain a more comprehensive breakdown for each share type, opt for the 'Expand' table view.
- Ownership in the company.
- My number of shares in the company - How many shares that you personally own in the company either directly or in-directly i.e. your portion via another company represented as a whole number.
- Total number of shares in the company - How many shares the company invested in has in total represented as a whole number.
- My shares % of the total number of shares in the company - How many shares that you personally own in the company either directly or in-directly i.e. your portion via another company represented as a percentage.

- Value development of my shares - Calculation is based on the difference between the price at which you bought the shares and the present market value of the company's shares represented as currency.
- Value development % - Calculation based on the difference between your purchase price and company's current share price represented as a percentage.
- My average price per share.
- Average paid per share - Calculation based on the number of shares that you currently own devided by your invested amount i.e the total amount you have paid for the shares that you currently own, not accounting for any sold and/or profit along the way represented as currency.

If you have a large number of investments and want to quickly access a specific company without scrolling through the list, you can use the 'Hamburger' icon located at the top right corner of each table. Select the company you wish to open from the dropdown menu.
You have the option to expand all tables to full-screen mode. Just click on the 'Expand' icon located at the top right corner of each table.
To access the 'Column Visibility' function, simply hover over the column header and click on the 'Hamburger' icon. This will reveal a checklist where you can choose to show or hide specific columns by selecting or deselecting them.
All table views share the same underlying principles, with some of the data being sourced from the company if they are registered with Invono One and have their share register established. Alternatively, the data may have been manually entered by you in the Cap Table+ Module, as further detailed below. In some cases, it may be a combination of both, especially when you are overriding your own ownership if for instance the company registered with Invono One has an outdated share register.
Cap Table+ Module
There are a total of six sections within Cap Table+ that allow you to keep track of your investments effectively. These include:
- General Information provides a breakdown of base information, such as company contact details, key financial figures, management team, and any errands or annual reports issued to Bolagsverket.
- Share Register offers a comprehensive record of all transactions from the inception of the company to the present day, which collectively comprise the company's ledger that directly affects your ownership. You can also export an 'Ownership Report' in PDF format.
- Shareholders includes a complete list of all current shareholders, their shares owned, voting rights, and the value of their investments, as well as various charts such as 'Ownership Distribution' illustrated as a waterfall percentage.
- My Records is a complete system within itself that allows you to input a company's transactions that directly influence you. You can keep your records up-to-date, just in case the company in question is not registered with Invono One, or they have outdated information. This is a powerful tool that ensures that your 'Investment Dashboard' provides you with the most accurate data that represents your total investments.
- Documents is where all the documents that a company shares with their shareholders are located. You can quickly and easily locate the exact documents that affect you to open, download, or copy over to your own documents in 'My Documents'.
- Share Issue is where you can manage any share issues that the company has performed historically or currently, and in which you have been invited to participate. This is a powerful addition to the Invono One platform that ensures any data or documents from any emission that you have participated in are available as-and-when you require them.
