My Portfolio, Share Register Tab

The 'Share Register' tab within 'My Portfolio' ' for the chosen company investment provides a comprehensive record of all transactions from the inception of the company to the present day, which collectively comprise the company's ledger that directly affects your ownership.

There are three tables and one chart located in separate panels:

Ownership

The 'My Ownership' table displays transactions in date order from left ( oldest transaction ) to right ( latest transaction ), with the following breakdown:

  • Shares owned - The number of shares that you own in the company,
  • % of company owned - Your percentage of ownership in the company.
  • Value of my shares - The total valuation of your shares after each transaction.
  • Value per share ( by share type ) - The share price after each transaction.

Only transactions that effect your direct ownership of the company are displayed, all other transactions such as transfers between other shareholder other than yourself are not.

Company Ledger

The 'Company Ledger' table displays transactions in date order from left ( oldest transaction ) to right ( latest transaction ), with the following breakdown:

  • Total shares - The total number of shares in the company.
  • Share capital - The quota value times the total number of shares in the company.
  • Quota value - The share's quota value.
  • New share - The number of new shares issued for the transaction.
  • Total issue amount - The monetary value of the new share issue i.e. the number of new shares times by the share price.
  • Added share premium - The additional value or premium paid by investors over and above the nominal value of the shares.
  • Company valuation - The valuation of the company by the number of shares times the share price. In companies that have multiple share types, we currently calculate valuation by ( share type x price ) + ( share type x price ) = ( total sum ).
  • Value per share (by share type ) - The share price after each transaction.

Please note that if the company registered its share register at a later date than incorporation, you may not have access to data predating the starting snapshot of the shareholder ownership status of the company.

Transaction History

The 'Transaction History' table provides a record of all the transactions performed by the company since its formation date, or a possible snapshot of a later date as described above. The transaction history only includes transaction data that directly affects your ownership status. For instance, if a shareholder sells shares to another shareholder and the transaction does not affect the company valuation or your share ownership value, it will not be included in the transaction history.

The table displays the following:

  • Transaction Date - The date that the transaction occurred.
  • New Shares - The total number of new shares issued, if applicable.
  • Issue Amount - The total amount raised with the share issuance, if applicable.
  • Post Money Valuation - The company valuation after the transaction.
  • Dilution - The decrease in existing shareholders' ownership percentage as a result of the new shares issued.
  • Value Step - The shares pre-emission difference i.e. subtracting the previous worth of the shares from their current worth, considering the new share price.
  • Description - The transaction name, together with the transaction description.

Share Issue History Chart

The chart visually presents each share issuance by date along the horizontal axis. The bars on the chart correspond to the total amount raised for each share issuance and are aligned with the left vertical axis values. The right vertical axis values indicate the post-money valuation, represented by a line that extends from left to right across the chart, providing insight into the valuation at each share issuance.

You have the option to expand all tables to full-screen mode. Just click on the 'Expand' icon located at the top right corner of each table and/or chart.

Some tables have a built-in export to Excel feature, which enables you to export data as needed. To export, simply click on the 'Download' icon, if available, located at the top right corner of each table and/or chart.

To access the 'Column Visibility' function, simply hover over the column header and click on the 'Hamburger' icon. This will reveal a checklist where you can choose to show or hide specific columns by selecting or deselecting them.

Reports

Invono One also provides two custom reports, select the 'Reports' icon at the top of the 'Share Register' section and export either option as a PDF. The following reports are available:

  • Share Certificate
  • Share Certificate with transaction history

Both reports are specific to your own ownership within the company. If you require share certificates for all shareholders within a company, and you are the company's official accountant, you will need to request access to the 'Company Account' as a contributor. We have built a flexible User Management system within Invono One, which allows companies to provide limited access to third-party users for such use cases, ensuring the necessary safeguards are in place. Please contact the company in question to gain access.

The 'Share Certificate' is quite comprehensive and covers the following:

  • Certificate Number - The certificate number is based on the certificate sequence orders and can change based on transactional history.
  • Transactions until ( date ) - The date that the last company transaction was registered.
  • Sequence Nr -
  • Class of Share -
  • Shareholder -
  • Last transaction date, this sequence -
  • Entered in the share register on this owner -
  • Total number of shares -
  • Share Pledge -
  • Right of First Refusal Clause -
  • Redemption Clause -
  • Post-sale Purchase Right Clause -
  • Consent Clause -
  • Conversion Clause -

Each certificate contains a page header referencing the company name that the certificate relates to and the date that the PDF was generated by the end-user when requesting the report.
