About User Management
The 'User Management' module offers more than just the ability to control access to different modules. It also enables a high level of granularity, allowing administrators to assign varying abilities to different members. This includes the ability to administer certain modules or simply have view-only access. Furthermore, the module provides additional fine-grained control at the module level, allowing administrators to restrict access to specific data for certain members. This comprehensive level of control ensures precise management of user permissions and access rights within the system.
Members
Members are fundamental users who are granted access to your company's account as an administrator or contributor. For a member to fulfill their role as an administrator or contributor, they must first be registered with Invono One to gain access to your company's account.
In Invono One, shareholders are distinct from members as they may not necessarily require administrative access to your company's account. However, if specific shareholders require access as administrators or contributors, they will need to be added as members as well.

Teams
Teams form a fundamental aspect of Invono One, offering significant flexibility to how members interact with various features and functions in the platform through assigned access rights and privileges.
You can generate an unlimited number of teams and add as many members to each team as needed, without any limitations. Additionally, a member can be part of multiple teams, providing further flexibility in fine-graining privileges.
Only 'Teams' can be assigned access rights within the 'Access Rights' tab. It is, therefore, essential that members are assigned to the appropriate teams to ensure their access rights are correctly configured. Refer to the 'Access' guide available here.
Teams provide an effective way of organizing members into an organizational structure, with various benefits including:
- Utilising Invono One's pre-defined 'Board Members' and 'Management' teams to arrange group meetings for specific groups of members.
- Organizing and distributing documents to teams at the folder level, or at a more fine-grained level, such as individual files.
- With teams, you can request electronic signatures from all 'Board Members' without the need for individually selecting them each time a document, such as a protocol, requires signing.
- Sorting and ordering views by teams rather than individual members who share common characteristics, such as 'Board Members', 'Management', 'Developers', 'Designers', 'Accountants', 'HR', and so on.

Access Rights
Access Rights empower administrators of 'Company Accounts' to assign and oversee the level of access granted to members across different sections and modules. You have the ability to assign and manage the level of access for your members.
There are two access levels that can be assigned:
- Access to a particular section or module.
- Fine-grained access, which determines the extent to which a member can interact within a specific sectioned/or module.
To illustrate, consider a scenario where you grant access to a team called 'HR' that possesses full control access rights, allowing them to set up and manage folders within 'Documents'. On the other hand, a team such as 'Accountants' may have view and download access rights solely for documents within folders that are created and managed by the 'HR' team. However, they are not authorised to manage the folders themselves, leading to a more restricted and controlled access.
