About the Collections Module

Additionally, it is not uncommon to uncover previously unknown tools that prove to be invaluable. It is within this context that the 'Collections' module operates.

By leveraging the capabilities of the 'Collections' module, businesses can unlock enhanced productivity and uncover innovative solutions to improve their operations.

Current features

  • The creation of a consolidated PDF document by combining multiple other documents for either digitally signing and/or,
  • All linked documents can be easily distributed to various recipients, including existing members, shareholders, or external individuals, by sending an email containing a direct link to download the documents.

The usage of the 'Collections' module is incredibly straightforward. By selecting documents from the 'Documents' section, you can effortlessly add them to the 'Collections' module. Within this module, you can easily organize the documents by dragging and dropping them into custom-created collections. From there, you have the flexibility to either create a PDF document containing the collection or share the documents within the collection via a private link. This allows recipients to conveniently download and view the documents at their own discretion.

The intuitive workflow of the 'Collections' module ensures a seamless experience when managing and sharing documents, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

At Invono, we are constantly driven by our vision to introduce tools that enhance the utility of your data and streamline communication and collaboration among stakeholders. We are committed to continuously enhancing the existing 'Collection' module and have plans to incorporate the following improvements in the future:

  • Our aim is to enable the initiation of the electronic signature process directly within the 'Collections' module, particularly when a single document is created from multiple documents. This will streamline the signature workflow, providing a more seamless and efficient experience for users.
  • We recognize the importance of organizing and accessing meeting documentation effectively. To address this, we plan to introduce the capability to add past meetings within the 'Collections' module. This feature will facilitate easy access to specific meeting documentation that remains relevant and crucial for members of an organization.
  • Our aim is to incorporate the ability to add tasks directly related to specific documents or meetings within the 'Collections' module. This feature will allow users to focus on relevant tasks associated with their documents or meetings, ensuring better task prioritization and alignment with their workflow.
