Cancelling a Company Account

To initiate the cancellation of your 'Company Account', follow these steps:

Locate the 'Cancel Company Account' panel.
Click on the 'Cancel Account' button within the panel.
A warning message will appear, prompting you to proceed, select 'Yes' or cancel the action by selecting 'No'.

We understand the importance of data retention and for your convenience, we store all your data for a period of 120 days following a cancellation request. This allows you the opportunity to reactivate your 'Company Account' if you wish to do so.

Please note that during this period of cancellation, you will not have access to your data unless you reinstate your 'Company Account'. It's important to keep in mind that data deletion is automated and irreversible after the 120-day timeframe.

We strive to provide a seamless and flexible experience, giving you the option to cancel your account while preserving your data for a reasonable period, allowing for potential reactivation if desired.
