Prepaid Features

Please be aware that additional funds may be required beyond your subscription tier, particularly when utilising the 'Electronic Signatures' feature that utilises BankID. When signing documents with BankID, the associated costs are passed on to the customer and are charged at the base rate established by BankID.

To ensure a seamless experience, it is crucial to have sufficient funds available in advance. To facilitate this, we have introduced a prepaid feature referred to as the 'Pot'. The 'Pot' allows you to hold additional funds specifically for the usage of the 'Digital Signature' module previously mentioned.

To add funds to the 'Pre-Paid' feature, follow these steps:

Locate the 'Refill Pre-paid' panel.
In the panel, find the 'Re-fill Amount' select dropdown and select the option that best suits your requirements from the available choices.
Select the auto re-fill to refill for when funds are running low. This will refill the amount as per the previously selected option.

To avoid any disruptions during the signing process, please ensure that your card details are up to date and that there are adequate funds available'. If funds are insufficient, you will receive a warning when initiating an 'Electronic Signing' process, prompting you to address the shortfall.

Reaching out to Invono support

We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but please be aware that we are a small team of developers working on Invono One. This means that there may be times when the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored during the time when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically convert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.

In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
