Reminding Members to Register

It's always possible to remind those members that you invited to register with Invono One. There are two methods of achieving this:

Mulitple Members at once

To send a reminder to all invited members that have not yet registered with Invono One, begin by selecting the 'Email' icon located at the top of the 'Members' table. Then, choose the 'Remind members not yet registered' option from the menu, which will initiate the process of reviewing a list of members who have not yet registered.

You can make necessary amendments to the list before proceeding to the next step of reviewing the draft email that will be sent to all invitees. Once you have confirmed that everything is accurate and no further changes are required, you can finalize the process by clicking the 'Send' button.

To send a reminder to all invited members who have not yet registered with Invono One, follow these steps:

  1. At the top of the 'Members' table, select the 'Email' icon.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select the 'Remind members not yet registered' option.
  3. Review the list of all members who have not yet registered and click 'Next' to proceed to the next step.
  4. Review and edit the draft email, if necessary that will be sent to all invitees before confirming the content by clicking the 'Send' button.

By following these steps, you can easily send a reminder to all invited members who have not yet registered with Invono One, ensuring that they are notified and encouraged to complete their registration.

Single Member reminder only

In addition to sending a reminder to all invited members, you have the option to send a reminder to a specific member. Here's how:

  1. Locate the member's name within the members table.
  2. Select the 'More Action' dropdown associated with that member.
  3. Select the 'Send reminder' menu item from the dropdown menu.
  4. Review and edit the draft email, if necessary that will be sent to all invitees before confirming the content by clicking the 'Send' button.

By following these steps, you can send a personalised reminder to a specific member, ensuring they receive the necessary notification.


Reaching out to Invono support

We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but please be aware that we are a small team of developers working on Invono One. This means that there may be times when the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored during the time when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically convert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.

Please note the following support options available to you:

  • Chat is available during office hours from 9:00 to 17:00 CET.
  • Email is available 24/7; however, we can only respond during the office hours as mentioned above.

In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
