Removing a Member that is the Company Account Owner
To remove the company account owner, an additional step is required before they can be removed from the 'Company Account'.
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to the Members tab.
- Locate the member's name within the members table to whom ownership is to be transferred and select the 'More Action' icon next to that member.
- From the dropdown menu, choose the 'Transfer Ownership' menu item to initiate the transfer process.
- When prompted, confirm the transfer to proceed.
By following these steps, you can transfer the ownership of the company account before removing the previous owner from the 'Company Account'.
