Adding an Advert

Adding an advertisement is a smooth and straightforward process. Simply click on the 'Create an Advert' button situated in the top right corner. Then, follow the step-by-step instructions provided below to complete the process:

The 'Teaser' panel

Provide your advertisement with a compelling title, an attention-grabbing tag line, and a concise description, also known as the teaser text, limited to 205 characters. The teaser panel plays a crucial role as it is the first thing potential investors see when scrolling through the 'Dealflow' or 'My Portfolio' sections.

If you have already added a logo to your company profile, then the logo will show below the name of the advert. If not, you will need to upload your logo in 'Company Profile' first before it becomes visible. You can upload your logo twice so that you have one as its true dimension and another that you can crop, in-app, that Invono One uses as a thumbnail image.

In the event that your company possesses both logo variations, you have the flexibility to choose between either of them for your advert. Simply click on the 'Change Logotype' button located next to the respective logo to make your selection.

The 'Read More' text

'Read More' is the fundamental details of your advertisement. It serves as a platform where potential investors can access comprehensive information about your company, along with any relevant details that you believe will entice them to follow your enterprise.

If you wish to review your advertisement before submitting it, there's no need to worry. By clicking the 'Read More' button on the teaser panel, the 'Read More' modal will open, allowing you to examine the details. Moreover, there is a convenient print option available. To generate a PDF version of your 'Teaser' and 'Read More' text, simply click the 'Print' icon situated at the top right corner of the modal.

Finalise

Firstly, determine the placement of your advertisement, whether it be in the 'Dealflow' section, 'My Portfolio,' or both. Next, select the start date for your campaign, as well as the duration, expressed in pre-set months, from the available options in the 'Period' dropdown field. Add your name and telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your advertisement.

If you are ready to proceed with publishing, simply check the tick box situated in the yellow panel at the bottom of the modal and choose 'Save & Request to Publish.' Failure to select the tick box will limit your options to 'Save as Draft' only.

Once you choose to publish your advertisement, Invono One administrators will be promptly notified of your intention to advertise. They will then proceed to activate your advert accordingly. In the rare event of any issues, a representative from Invono will reach out to you to address and resolve them.

Once you've added your initial advertisement, a new panel with a table will be revealed in the 'Advert' section, showcasing a comprehensive list of all your advertisements. This panel serves as a hub for managing your adverts.

Reaching out to Invono support

We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but please be aware that we are a small team of developers working on Invono One. This means that there may be times when the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored during the time when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically convert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.

Please note the following support options available to you:

In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
