Removing Documents from Collections

Repeat the process as above in 'Adding documents to a collection' but in reverse i.e. drag & drop and documents into the 'Uncategorised' root folder and/or in-between collections. Alternatively, you can remove the document from the 'Collection' module altogether by selecting the 'More Action' icon for the document and select 'Delete document from collection' menu item option.

To remove documents from a collection, follow these steps:

1. Locate the document within the collection.
2. Use the drag and drop functionality to select and move the document out of the collection and into the 'Uncategorised' root folder, or to other collection.

Alternatively, to remove a document from the 'Collection' completely:

1. Locate the document within the collection.
2. Click on the 'More Action' icon associated with the document.
3. From the options that appear, select the 'Delete document from collection' menu item.
