Linking an Email to a Company

It is common for individuals to possess multiple email addresses, which can sometimes create challenges when receiving invitations to join a company as a shareholder or team member. In order to establish a connection between the company and the intended recipient i.e. you, Invono One requires the use of an email address as a link.

Fortunately, linking different email addresses to the companies you are associated with is a simple process. Follow these steps:

In the 'Link email to companies' panel, select the desired company from the dropdown menu.
Below the company selection, you will find another dropdown menu. Choose the email address you want to link to the selected company.
If the desired email address is not visible in the dropdown menu, you will need to add it to the 'Email' panel first.

By following these steps, you can easily link specific email addresses to the companies you are associated with in Invono One. This helps ensure that the right email address is used when receiving invitations and communications related to each company.

If you have accidentally created two separate individual profiles, resulting in the need for separate logins to access different 'Company Accounts,' there may still be a solution that Invono One support can provide so that you can have a single login for both 'Company Accounts.'
