Cancelling your Personal Account

Canceling your personal account on Invono One is a straightforward process. Simply click on the 'Cancel' button located at the bottom of your profile information. However, please note the following:

  • If you are the owner of a company account, you must transfer ownership before canceling your personal account. Please refer to the user management section for further guidance on how to transfer ownership of a 'Company Account'.
  • If you choose to remain the owner of a Company Account, you can choose to delete the Company Account first. A deleted Company Account remains in our database for 120 days if you undo the deletion and want to access information stored in the Company Account (share books, minutes, important documents, etc). During these 120 days, the Company Account owner can undo the deletion of the business account. After these 120 days, you can choose to delete your personal account (provided that you are not connected as Company Account owner to another Company Account in Invono One.
  • If you have interacted with one or more companies that are still registered on Invono One, they may still require some basic information about you, such as your name, email address, and social security number (if you were a shareholder). All other information about you will be deleted. However, if you have not interacted with any companies registered on Invono One or if the companies you have interacted with have cancelled their 'Company Accounts' with Invono One, then all your information will be deleted.

To initiate the account cancellation process, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the 'Cancel your Account' panel under your 'Profile' and click the 'Cancel Account' button to proceed with the cancellation.
  2. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm whether you want to cancel your account. If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, select 'Yes.' If you change your mind and decide not to cancel, you can select 'Cancel' to halt the cancellation process.

Important to know!

Please be aware that once your account has been deleted, we will not be able to recover any of your information. This includes any documents that you have uploaded to 'My Documents' and any company data that you have accessed as a shareholder, which will no longer be accessible.
