Opening a Company in My Dealflow
To view more information about the company, select the 'More Actions' icon next to the company and then choose the 'Open' option. This will bring up a limited 'Cap Table +' view with the general information for the selected company. If you have been selected and/or have already participated in a share issuance, you will also see the "Share Issue" tab, which displays a list of all relevant share issues relating specifically to you.
To access more information about a company, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'My Dealflow' section.
- Hover over the 'More Actions' icon next to the company and select the 'Open' option from the dropdown menu to open general information about the selected company.
If you have been selected and/or have already participated in a share issuance, you will also see the "Share Issue" tab. This tab provides a list of all relevant share issues specifically related to your involvement.
Reaching out to Invono support
We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but there may be times that the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically revert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.

In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
