My Portfolio, General Information Tab
The 'General Information' tab within 'My Portfolio' ' for the chosen company investment provides a breakdown of base information, such as company contact details, key financial figures, management team, and any errands or annual reports issued to Bolagsverket.
There are three distinct tables together with general company information:
General Company Information
The 'General Company Information' section presents the company name, type of company, formation date, financial year, historical name ( if updated ), company origin, board registration date, and branch industry.
Key Figures Table
The 'Key Figures' table provides the most common key figures for up to six years of financial statements as follows:

Company Leadership Table
'Company Leadership' provides details of all those representatives of the company that the Swedish Companies Registration Office has registered, namely the board of directors, co-partners, auditors etc. It also includes the person who is the authorised signatory for the company where this has been duly registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

- AK - Actuary (statutory official in life insurance company).
- ARB - Employee representative.
- BO - Co-partner (partner/part owner in Trading Partnership).
- DELG - Registered agent (person on whom documents may be served).
- EFT - External authorised signatory (not Board member).
- EVD - External Managing Director (not Board member).
- EVVD - External Deputy Managing Director (not Board member).
- FÖ - Director of subsidiary of foreign company.
- IN - Owner of sole proprietorship.
- KD - Limited partner with limited liability in Limited Partnership.
- KP - General partner with unlimited liability in Limited Partnership.
- LE - Member of Board of Directors in joint stock company.
- LI - Receiver.
- LS - Deputy Receiver.
- OF - Chairman.
- PO - Company Secretary (authorised signatory in Trading Partnership/Limited Partnership, not Partner).
- REV - Auditor.
- REVH - Principal Auditor.
- REVL - Lay Auditor/General Examiner.
- REVS - Deputy Auditor.

Cases with the Swedish Companies Registration Office Table
Cases with the Swedish Companies Registration Office provides a list of cases (enquiries) received by the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Bolagsverket, extending over the last 10 years approximately. In total, there are approximately 40 case/enquiry types that Invono One reports on, cases that relate to joint stock companies (AB), trading partnerships (HB), limited partnerships (KB) and sole proprietorships (E).
- The case number assigned by Bolagsverket.
- Submitted i.e. when the case was submitted.
- Classification i.e. the title (Designation) of the submitted case.
- DELG - Registration of person as registered agent.
- DELGU - Resignation of registered agent.
- FELU - Incorrectly set up/formulated case.
- FIRM - Change in company business.
- FUSVE - Registration of implemented merger (Registration of absorbed company).
- FUVE - Registration of implemented merger (Registration of absorbed company).
- FÖR - Change in representative/Authorised signatory.
- FÖRAV - De-registration of representative owing to incorrect application for registration.
- FÖRIN - De-registration of representative owing to incorrect application for registration.
- FÖRU - Registration of representative.
- MREVU - Resignation of auditor from several companies.
- ORDN - Change of articles of association (Incorporation).
- PA - Change in postal address of business in enquiry.
- Part - Registration of auxiliary company.
- PARFU - Suspension of auxiliary company.
- PRA - Complaint received by company.
- PRIV - Category change from public to private company
- PRVFÖR - Change of representative at the instigation of the Swedish Patent and Registration Office.
- PRVNF - Change of representative/auditor owing to ban on engaging in commercial activities.
- PRVREV - Change of auditor at the investigation of the Swedish Patent and Registration Office.
- PUBL - Category change from private to public company.
- REV - Change in respect of auditors.
- REVB - Audiotor confirmation received.
- REVF - Auditor's assignment ends early.
- REVU - Resignation of auditor.
- RÄK - Change in financial year.
- SK - Issue of/or change in promissory notes.
- SÄTE - Change in registration (head) office.

You have the option to expand all tables to full-screen mode, simply click on the 'Expand' icon located at the top right corner of each table and/or chart.
Some tables have a built-in export to Excel feature, which enables you to export data as needed. To export, simply click on the 'Download' icon, if available, located at the top right corner of each table and/or chart.
To access the 'Column Visibility' function, simply hover over the column header and click on the 'Hamburger' icon. This will reveal a checklist where you can choose to show or hide specific columns by selecting or deselecting them.
Some tables have an 'Advanced Filter' option, click on the 'Filter' icon located at the top right of each table, if available. It's important to note that filtered views are exported exactly as you have filtered them. This means that the output result will reflect the specific filters you have applied.
