My Portfolio, Shareholders Tab

The 'Shareholders' tab within 'My Portfolio' for the chosen company investment provides a complete breakdown of all shareholders of that company, provided ofciysre that that company has an Invono One 'Company Account' with a fully managed share ledger implemented.

There is one table and four charts located in separate panels:

  • A comprehensive list of all shareholders that are active investors of the company.
  • An ownership distribution chart represented as 'Waterfall Percentage'.
  • An ownership distribution chart represented as a 'Bar with Number of Shares'.
  • A chart representing 'Distribution by Company, Private and/or shares held in Capital Insurance'.
  • A chart representing 'Issue Amount & Post Money Value'.

Shareholders Table

  • Name - The name of the shareholder.
  • Reference - The reference of the shareholder i.e. a company organisation number or a private personal number.
  • Shares Owned - The total number of shares that the shareholder owns.
  • Shares % - The proportion of shares held by the shareholder in relation to the total number of shares issued by the company, represented as a percentage.
  • Voting Rights % - The proportion of total votes held by a shareholder, determining their voting rights, represented as a percentage.
  • Value ( currency ) - The overall worth of the shareholder's investment, calculated by multiplying the number of shares owned with the current market price per share.

Charts

  • Ownership Distribution - The chart illustrates the ownership distribution using a waterfall diagram, where the names of the shareholders are displayed along the horizontal axis, and the vertical axis represents the percentage of ownership for each shareholder.
  • Ownership Distribution - The chart visually depicts the ownership distribution by displaying the names of the shareholders along the horizontal axis. The number of shares owned by each shareholder is represented as bars, aligned with the left vertical axis values. The right vertical axis values indicate the percentage of accumulated ownership i.e. the portion of the company owned by each shareholder and is represented by a line that extends from left to right across the chart.
  • Distribution Company/Private/Capital Insurance - The chart illustrates the breakdown of ownership by shareholder type, with the horizontal axis representing the different types of shareholders. The percentage of ownership is visually represented by bars, aligned with the left vertical axis values. The right vertical axis values indicate the accumulated percentage of total ownership across all shareholder types, represented by a line that extends from left to right across the chart.
  • Issue Amount & Post Money Valuation - The chart visually presents each share issuance by date along the horizontal axis. The bars on the chart correspond to the total amount raised for each share issuance and are aligned with the left vertical axis values. The right vertical axis values indicate the post-money valuation, represented by a line that extends from left to right across the chart, providing insight into the valuation at each share issuance.

You have the option to expand all tables to full-screen mode, simply click on the 'Expand' icon located at the top right corner of each table and/or chart.

Some tables have a built-in export to Excel feature, which enables you to export data as needed. To export, simply click on the 'Download' icon, if available, located at the top right corner of each table and/or chart.

To access the 'Column Visibility' function, simply hover over the column header and click on the 'Hamburger' icon. This will reveal a checklist where you can choose to show or hide specific columns by selecting or deselecting them.

Reports

Invono One also provides custom reports, select the 'Reports' icon at the top of the 'Shareholders' section and export as a PDF. The following report is available:

  • Owner Report

The 'Owner Report' is quite comprehensive and covers the following:

  • Overview Information, of the company.
    • Share Capital - The total share capital of the company.
    • Share Class - The share classes that the company has registered.
    • Number of shares per share class - The total number of shares by share class type.
    • Total number of shares - The total number of all shares i.e. all share types calculated together.
    • Number of votes per share class - The total number of votes by share class type.
    • Total number of votes - The total number of votes i.e. all share types calculated together.
    • Quota value of shares - The share quota value.
    • Total number of shareholders - The total number of current shareholders.
    • Total number of share stakes - The total number of sequences registered against the share ledger.
    • Latest price per share type - Latest price by each share class that the company has registered.
    • Date of last change in the share book - The last registered transaction added to the share ledger.
  • Company's Board Management & Auditor.
    • Chairman of the board - The name of the chairman.
    • Board members - The names of all the board members.
    • Deputies - The name of the deputy.
    • CEO - The name of the CEO.
    • Auditor - The name of the auditor.
  • Shareholder Overview.
    • Owners - The name of the shareholder together with the shareholder's reference i.e. an Org number or personal number.
    • Shares - The total number of shares that the shareholder holds.
    • Ownership - The percentage of the company that the shareholder owns.
    • Votes - The percentage of the company that the shareholder has with regards to voting rights.
  • Overview of the Change in Share Capital.
    • Date - The transaction date registered in the share ledger.
    • Event - The transaction name, together with the transaction description.
    • Total Owners - Total added new shareholders for any given transaction.
    • Total Shares - Total new shares added for any given transaction.
    • Share Capital - Additional share capital raised for any given transaction.
