Private Address Book
'My Private Address Book' utilises a core Invono One module called the 'People Directory' that provides a comprehensive listing of all individuals associated with your 'Private Account' and any 'Company Account' that you are connected to. Adding new contacts
- Click on the 'Private Address Book' menu item located under your name in the top navigation toolbar.
- In the modal that appears, locate and click the 'New Contact' button, positioned at the top right.
- Fill out the required information in the provided fields.
- Once you have entered the details, click 'Save & Close' to save the contact. The new contact will now be added to your address book.
Updating a contact
- Select any cell within the contact's row.
- Make the necessary changes to update the contact's details.
Removing a contact
- Locate the contact you want to remove.
- Click on the 'More Action' icon next to the contact.
- From the dropdown menu, select the 'Delete' option.
- This action will remove the contact from your address book.
A really useful tool is the filter located at the top under the 'More Action' icon that is represented as three dots in a vertical line. Select the 'Show Filter' menu item to reveal the input fields just above the table columns.
Sharing contacts
An additional valuable feature is the capability to share personal contacts with any connected 'Company Account'. This functionality allows the shared contacts to be invited by the company to participate in their activities. To make use of this feature, follow these steps:
- Locate the contact you want to save to company contacts and click on the 'More Action' icon in the contact's row.
- From the dropdown menu, select the 'Save Contact to Company Contacts' option.
- Next, choose the specific company or companies with whom you wish to share the contact.
By following these steps, you can save a contact to your company contacts and select the specific companies you want to share the contact with. If however, you are only connected to one company the process is much simpler as instead of 'Save Contact to Company Contacts' from the 'More Action' icon the choice will simply be to save to the company name that you are connected to.
It is important to note that saving a contact for a company does not remove it from your 'Personal Address Book'. Instead, it creates a duplicate of the contact specifically for that company. There is no direct link between the copied contact and the original, ensuring that any modifications made by either the personal account holder or the company administrator will not impact the other entity.
Reaching out to Invono support
We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but there may be times that the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically revert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.
Please note the following support options available to you:
- Chat is available during office hours from 9:00 to 17:00 CET.
- Email is available 24/7; however, we can only respond during the office hours as mentioned above.
In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
