Adding a Company to My Portfolio
To manually add a company investment to your portfolio, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'My Portfolio' section.
- Click the 'Add a company' icon positioned at the top.
- Type the company name or company's organisation number when prompted to search the database for the relevant company.
- Select the 'Ownership Option' i.e. if the investment that you hold in the company is 'Private', 'via a Company', or through an 'Insurance Company'.
- Select 'Save' to save the company to your 'Portfolio'.
Please note that Invono One utilises a third-party database called SYNA to search for all known companies in Sweden. Currently, we do not allow for companies outside of Sweden, but we do have plans to expand Invono's coverage in the near future.
Companies that you invest in are automatically added to your portfolio if they are registered with Invono One.
There are several scenarios that may explain why a company investment is not visible in your portfolio. These are as follows:
- If the company is registered with Invono One but not visible in your portfolio, there may be an issue with linking your personal account to the company. Refer to the 'My Profile' articles for more information on how to resolve this issue.
- If the company appears in your portfolio but there is no data showing in the table, this may indicate that the company has not yet established its share register. In such a case, contact Invono One support for further assistance.
- It is also possible that the data for a company in which you have invested is inaccurate, such as an incorrect number of shares owned. This is typically due to an outdated share register. You can rectify this by contacting the company or manually adding your own data in the 'My Records' section within the 'Cap Table +' module, as further detailed below.
If the company in which you have invested is not yet registered with Invono One, we recommend inviting them to do so. This will enable them to benefit from all the features and functions that Invono One offers, facilitating more efficient and professional management of their share register.
