Register with BankID
To register with Invono One, click the following link https://app.invono.se/signup
The default method for electronic identification during the registration process is BankID. In the event that BankID is not automatically selected, please choose the corresponding option labeled 'BankID' located at the top of the registration form.
To complete the registration process, you will be required to enter your personal details as presented and submit the registration form. Upon submission, you will need to confirm your email address before your registration can be finalised.
Check your email inbox for the registration confirmation email. Inside this email, you will find a unique four-digit code that you will need to enter into the designated field as instructed during the registration process.
If you have received a request to register with Invono
It is important to use the same email address that the request was sent to. This helps automatically connect you with the requesting company that has registered their company on Invono One.
However, if you wish to use an alternative email address you can either:
- Contact the requesting company to update their records accordingly, or
- You can add additional email addresses to your profile and manually link to the respective company via the in-built 'Link email to companies' feature, or
- If all else fails, contact the administrator of the company in question and provide them with your unique Invono ID, this can be found at the top right of your profile information.
At Invono One, we strive to provide a seamless experience when linking registered users with their respective companies. However, certain unforeseen issues may arise which cannot be resolved through simple means. In such instances, we encourage you to contact our dedicated support team at Invono One for prompt and effective assistance with resolving issues.
Trying to register but Invono One reports that you are already registered!
When creating your personal account, it is essential to provide a verified email address for registration, regardless of whether you choose to use 'BankID' or 'Password' during the registration process.
If you attempt to register with an email address that has already been associated with a 'Personal Account,' you will receive an onscreen notification indicating that the email address has already been used. This means that someone has already registered using that email.
If the email address belongs to you and you have previously registered a 'Personal Account,' please refer to this link for information on 'Password Recovery.'
A 'Personal Account' always requires at least one attached email address. However, you have the option to link multiple email addresses to the same 'Personal Account' as desired. For instructions on adding additional email addresses to your 'Personal Account,' please visit this link.
What is BankID
BankID is an electronic identification solution that allows companies, banks, organizations, and government agencies to authenticate and finalize agreements with individuals online. It serves as an electronic identity document similar to passports, driver's licenses, and other physical identity documents.
To obtain BankID, please contact your bank.
You will also need to install the BankID security app if it is not already installed when placing your order.
Reaching out to Invono support
We strive to respond promptly to all support queries, but there may be times that the support 'Chat' is not actively monitored when you require assistance. In most cases, the 'Chat' function will automatically revert to an email notification that will reach our team for action.
Please note the following support options available to you:
- Chat is available during office hours from 9:00 to 17:00 CET.
- Email is available 24/7; however, we can only respond during the office hours as mentioned above.
In some cases, our support team may require access to your account to address specific issues. We request that you grant us access to bypass your login by selecting the 'Grant access to Invono support' function, located at the top of your profile page. This can be accessed by clicking on the 'More Action' icon. You have full control over this aspect.
