One Personal Account, multiple Company Accounts
It can be a little confusing at first but a 'Company Account' is not the same as a 'Personal Account'. You can create and/or be invited to a 'Company Account' but first you must be registered with Invono One with a 'Personal account'. With one 'Personal Account' you can connect to one or multiple 'Company Accounts' either as the owner, member and/or as a shareholder.
If you have received an invitation to join a "Company Account" and you have already registered a "Personal Account" in the past, it is crucial to ensure that you refrain from creating an additional "Personal Account." Doing so would require you to manage multiple "Personal Accounts" to access the associated "Company Accounts.
If you have more than one Personal Account
It is plausible that you may have received invitations to join multiple "Company Accounts," as administrators from various companies often send invites using different email addresses. This is a common occurrence, given the multitude of email addresses we tend to accumulate. In such cases, it is not uncommon to register with Invono One multiple times, using the email address associated with each company's invitation. Consequently, you may end up with several "Personal Accounts," as mentioned earlier.
If you find yourself in this situation, it can be perplexing when you log in with one of your email addresses and cannot locate the expected "Company Account" because it is linked to another "Personal Account" of yours. Unfortunately, there is no ideal solution, aside from contacting one of the companies in question and requesting them to resend the invitation to your preferred email address. In other words, the email address through which you want all the "Company Accounts" to be connected.
If all else fails, please do not hesitate to contact Invono One support for assistance.
